Thermally conductive silicone grease compounds must maintain a thermal path to dissipate heat under harsh operating conditions in order to keep critical electrical and electronic components working optimally. Our SilCool* thermal grease compounds are easily applied due to their exceptional workability, and can be applied through automated dispensing and screen printing processes. They can also achieve thin bond lines, a key factor in the thermal design of the assembly.
