Generally imparting remarkable in-depth softness along with a silky feel to virtually any fabric, Magnasoft MT90 textile enhancer typically delivers voluminous results at lower use levels than comparable products. Designed to generally last through several home laundry cycles - well over 10 cycles in laboratory testing - this silicone copolymer has unique molecular properties that combine several chemical entities into one linear molecule. This typically provides the signature in-depth softness and long-lasting durability for which Magnasoft MT90 textile enhancer is known.

This textile enhancer also does not typically alter the hydrophilic nature of cotton and cotton blends, and actually may increase the hydrophilicity of synthetics. Tests carried out in a jet dryer demonstrated that Magnasoft MT90 textile enhancer possessed excellent emulsion stability, and showed it performed well under the most demanding of conditions. It is typically able to generate emulsions that possess extreme shear and pH stability even in extreme temperatures and in the presence of salts. Magnasoft MT90 textile enhancer can generally be applied by spray or exhaust applications, without yellowing of light and white fabrics or affecting the color of dark fabrics.
As a textile auxiliary agent, it may add significant value to knit or woven fabrics by providing typical silicone softener effects while increasing stretch recovery. It is also effective on woven fabrics and compatible with durable press resin and fluorocarbon soil-release finishes.
