Easily emulsified with a simple mixer, Magnasoft STE textile enhancer generates emulsions that are extremely stable under high shear across a wide pH range and that perform in high-temperature conditions. This generally allows the textile enhancer to be applied onto fabrics using all types of finishing equipment, including high-speed padding, kiss roll, spray, exhaustion, foam finishing and others. Plus, it typically does not affect the shade of dark-colored fabrics or "yellow" white and light fabrics.

Previously, hydrophilic silicones improved the overall comfort of a garment but lacked luxurious hand feel. Conversely, aminosilicones delivered excellent slickness, but were very sensitive to the process conditions of the textile mill. Magnasoft STE textile enhancer delivers a deep, soft-to-the-touch feel with drapeable softness and natural, cotton-like feel to virtually all types of fabric and garments, especially cellulose and cellulose blends. Fabrics treated with Magnasoft STE textile enhancer typically quickly absorb water and perspiration quickly in addition to retaining hydrophilicity, even after extreme dry and cure conditions.
