TSJ3175 Thixotropic Gel

TSJ3175 thixotropic gel is a high-purity, thixotropic junction coating resin (JCR) gel. It cures to a soft dielectric silicone gel with a short period of heating. 

The soft gel properties of TSJ3175 thixotropic gel enable it to serve as a thermal stress 
and vibration shock protection coating for electronics parts and devices. The thixotropic gel can also be considered for use with semiconductor applications, including wire bonding Si chip coating. Other features include long pot life and low impurities.
